Hey, I’m Rach!
I’m an International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach, Learning Facilitator & Youtuber specialising in ADHD.
As part of the ‘late diagnosis’ crew (I was 30 before it all clicked into place). I spent the majority of my 20s trying to ‘fix’ the parts of myself that felt inadequate.
Too much but never enough. Too inconsistent but too hard on myself. Too sensitive. Too chaotic. Too messy. Too much energy. Too lazy.
It was a rough ride (and a rollercoaster I’m still on - hey, ain’t that life!) I’ve learned along the way that embracing all that makes you your colourful and chaotic self is the key to creating a life you love (that loves you back!)
And I’m obsessed with helping others do just that.

Experiences
I taught in an infant school for two years, specialising in play-based learning.
I spent 6 years working in Learning and Development across e-learning and retail sectors, with a focus on Learning Operations, Leadership Development and Learning Creation & Facilitation.
I have over 300 hours of Coaching practise.
My first coaching business specialised in helping people in relationships decide whether to stay or leave.
I tried self-employment for the first time during the pandemic (whilst undiagnosed). I learned A LOT but it was painful. Now I’m back to try it again!
I’m determined to help people with ADHD believe in themselves.
And every action I take is rooted in these four principles…..
Connection
You’re not an island, but the self-help world can have you thinking that the only way to solve your ‘problems’ is to work on yourself. How you understand yourself, and everything that you do, is impacted by the people and environment around you. We weren’t made to navigate life alone and this is even more important when you’re neurodivergent. Your people are out there!
That’s why my YouTube channel is not about me talking at you, it’s a community.
Action
It’s all well and good having people who ‘get’ you, and understanding what works for you but we don’t start to believe in ourselves until we SEE it happen. This is why action is at the heart of my work. Through Coaching I help you work through those pesky (and often painful) blockers and find possibilities that help you move forwards, step by step. In speaking and workshops, everything shared sparks inspiration and insight that you can turn into action.
Insight
The unintended benefit of going undiagnosed for so long is that I have spent many MANY hours trying to understand every aspect of how my brain works. This insight is crucial to learning how to live in a way that works with your brain, rather than against it.
That’s why my Youtube videos share the detailed intricacies of how I’ve come to understand myself, and why I work 1:1 to Coach folks to gain further insight into themselves.
Play
ADHDers tend to be playful by nature but we learn to suppress it because it feels ‘childish’ and ‘irresponsible.’ In reality, playful people have the capacity to access more fun, joy, connection, and wellbeing than those without this natural inclination!
I thread playfulness through the work that I do because using tools like imagination and metaphor helps us to make connections and be innovative in the solutions we find. (Plus it feels good!)

Ways You Can Work With Me
Coaching
I coach clients 1:1 to overcome the emotional and practical barriers that ADHD can bring, and make life decisions aligned with who they are! I do this through private 1:1 coaching clients, Access To Work grants and on retainer basis with companies and universities.
Speaking & Workshops
I facilitate group workshops on topics such as ADHD, confidence building, decision making, and careers. I also speak at events and on panels sharing lived experiences of ADHD.
